In my experience, this has turned out to be one of the top platforms where I can count on the support team to respond nearly right away if I require assistance. The features available on the platform completely meet my needs. The only suggestion I have is to include sound alerts within the platform (when funds come in) or when the inactivity timer is about to expire. Everything else is spot on. Much respect to the team, really appreciate it :)

"Quick Withdrawals, But Card Problems!"
This company does withdrawals super fast, usually just a matter of seconds. The only hiccup is that they don’t offer Mastercard anymore for some reason. I reached out to support, and they mentioned a fix is expected in a few weeks. Fingers crossed, because if it doesn’t get sorted, my funds might get stuck since Serbia isn’t on their bank list, even though I’ve verified everything with my Proof of Address. Really hoping for a quick resolution!
